This morning, while I sit here waiting for 45 minutes of updating (gawd), I figured I’d do some multi-tasking and do up this post.
I love chocolate but sadly, I don’t eat it any longer. Nevertheless, my afternoon craving for the stuff never seems to end. I’ve found that reaching for this delicious and oh so creamy sugar-free hot chocolate really satisfies my sweet tooth and I’m able to carry on with life. I also make it with full-fat milk so it’s really filling and I’m pretty much good-to-go until dinner.
This will literally take you 3 minutes to prepare if you have a microwave.
Sugar-Free Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
1 cup of full fat milk (heat for 2 minutes in microwave)
While you are zapping the milk, mix together the following until creamy:
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. brown rice syrup (or sweetener)
1 drop of cinnamon essential oil
Couple drops of water
Combine the milk and essential oil with the cocoa mixture and stir well until creamy.
No sharing! This is totally your “me” time.
Come back and share after you’ve tried this. Would love to hear how you like it!
Have a groovy day 🙂
