There’s plenty to think about and prepare for when you are making the switch to healthy baking. The first big step that I took was completing the ritual of a “pantry cleanse”. I didn’t want to be tempted with sugar-laden products that I knew I couldn’t bake with but they were just there, staring me in the face every time I opened the pantry door.
Many of you have sent me a message asking what items I keep in my pantry. So, I thought I’d make a quick printable for you to have handy so you can get your ducks in a row as well. I’ve included some items that I don’t use that are in the safe zone (but, you may enjoy them so I’ve included them in the printable as well).
You can print this off and take it to the grocery store with you and then tape a copy to the back door of your pantry to use as a reference when you’re running low on items.
