There’s many ways you can make ice pops healthy just by adding a couple of ingredients that you already have in your kitchen. Just use your imagination. The possibilities are endless.
A couple of weeks ago, I picked up some cute ice pop moulds from the Dollarama. But, I made the mistake of leaving them out in the open on the counter. The kids got home from school and I haven’t heard the end of it since then. Will I ever learn? Probably not.
So, this weekend I had mango sitting in my fruit bowl just looking all lonely and such. I decided to whip up a batch of sugar-free mango ice-pops for the kids to get them off my back.
You can make these in about five minutes so here’s the recipe:
Sugar-Free Mango Ice Pops
1 mango (cut up and frozen)
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbslp brown rice syrup
Place all ingredients in your blender until creamy.
Spoon into individual moulds.
What other flavor combinations do you think would be great for an ice-pop?
