I don’t think there was ever a time in my life when I wasn’t trying to lose weight. Counting points, cutting calories, caffeine pills, packaged meals, crazy soups, daily injections. You name it, I’ve tried it. But I rarely lost weight because I totally sucked at the dieting game. One day I stumbled across a real solution to my struggle. It almost seemed to be too good to be true. And, this is me, 50lbs lighter.

I now have an incredible relationship with food and my body. I find it easy to eat healthy and enjoy eating my favourite foods and I actually look forward to getting outdoors and having a fun life full of adventure and meaning.
