Feeling a bit under the weather today (I’m thinking it’s likely sugar withdrawal) so have been happily tucked under the old comfy quilt that my Gram made and doing a bit of online research on the Google and twittering when the urge strikes.
So, I came upon this fairly comprehensive list written by Nancy Appleton PhD & G.N. Jacobs. She has offered up some pretty compelling reasons that sugar could be ruining your health. It’s kinda scary though when you actually sit down and read through all of them.
